2. Rules for using Chemrobotics.com

While using the Site, you will not:

•  use any robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated downloading programs, algorithms, softwares, hardware or devices, to continuously and automatically search, scrape, extract, deep link, index, to automatically download or index content from the database or disrupt the working of the Subscribed Products;

•  substantially or systematically reproduce, retain, store locally, redistribute or disseminate online the Subscribed Products; or

•  post individual items from the Subscribed Products on social networking sites.

•  violate any laws, third party rights, or our policies;

•  transfer your account including User ID to another party without our consent;

3. Liability

•  We will not take any responsibilities for Users' actions or inactions, while using Chemrobotics. We cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our website. Operation of our websites may be interfered with by numerous factors not in our control. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted, we exclude all implied warranties, terms and conditions. We are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. However, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or to any third party is limited to the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 6 months prior to the action giving rise to the liability.

4. Registered Users

•  The User who has filled out an on-line Registration Form on the Site and been approved by chemrobotics.com is a Registered User. Chemrobotics.com will establish an account for each Registered User and a User ID will be assigned to the Registered User with their own password for log-in access to its own Account.

•  Chemrobotics.com may suspend or terminate a Registered User's Account or Email Account at any time by giving no less than 24-hour notice to the Registered User. However, the notice is not required for such kind of termination if (a) there is any breach of this Agreement by the Registered User; or (b) It is reasonable for Chemrobotics.com to suspect that such information provided by a Registered User is untrue, inaccurate, not current or complete, or (c) Chemrobotics.com believes that the Registered User's actions may cause financial loss or legal liability to Chemrobotics.com.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

•  Client acknowledges that all the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by Chemrobotics.com. Chemrobotics neither assigns any Intellectual Property Rights nor grants any licenses or rights to Client.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing:
